Terms & Conditions
All rates quoted on this site are subject to availability. All rates are inclusive of taxes and quoted in Indonesian rupiah. By using the rates quoted on this site you agree with and abide by these Terms and Conditions. Rates as quoted are per room per night on a room only basis, unless specified. Rates may increase without notice due to any changes in or the imposition of government charges taxes or levies. Guests will be notified where possible of any increases.
Check-in / check-out :
Check in time is 2.00pm and check out is 11.00am. We will try wherever possible to accommodate early arrival and/or late departure.
Deposit & final payment :
Full payment is required 7 days prior to arrival. Puri Garden Hotel will accept payment by cash, electronic funds transfer (EFT) and Credit Card. Please note we accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards only. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards. If paying by EFT please arrange for funds to be in our account 7 days prior to the day of arrival. A valid credit card number is required for security on all bookings made, without exception. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required for reservations over our peak periods. The remaining tariff is due 7 days prior to arrival. We will charge the credit card supplied for the balance outstanding.
Cancellation policy :
If you cancel your booking 7 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival at Puri Garden Hotel, there will be no charge. If cancelled or modified within 7 days the full tariff will be charged. Where a deposit has been paid (over our peak periods) the deposit is non-refundable.
Luggage storage :
Our office can arrange storage of luggage for guests. All luggage must be clearly labelled in order to ensure efficient and prompt service.
Puri Garden Hotel provides guests with free wifi internet. The operation of any internet connection during this reservation is not guaranteed and may be disrupted or not available. The hotel offers this service on a fair use policy.
Additional charges :
Management also reserves the right to charge guests for the following, but not restricted to, all damages and breakages, lost keys, missing items, late departure, extra cleaning and unpaid expenses. Any additional charges will automatically be charged to the credit card provided as security for the booking following at least one attempt to contact the credit card holder.
Lost key policy :
Keys that are not returned will be charged to the credit card supplied. Rp200.000 charge will apply if keys are lost.
All rooms and shared spaces are non-smoking including decks, poolside and outdoor dining areas. A designated area is provided for guests who wish to smoke. Any traces of residual smoke inside will incur an additional cleaning charge of Rp1.000.000. Any additional costs of cleaning soft furnishings may be added as deemed necessary by management.
Pets are welcome in the grounds of the property.
Early departure :
No refunds will be given on early departure and any outstanding balance will be deducted from the credit card provided.
Trading terms :
Puri Garden Hotel reserves the right to release any or all room space if payment terms are not met.
Force majeure :
Puri Garden Hotel will not be in breach of this agreement, or any way liable to any party, if it is prevented from complying with this agreement by reason of act of God, act of public enemy, act of terrorism, war, earthquake, riot, explosion, compliance with any law or government restraint order, rule regulations, strike, lockout or any other cause not reasonably within the control of Puri Garden Hotel.
We will generally collect personal information about you directly from you when you deal with us over the telephone or by letter or e-mail. Normally, the type of personal information collected by us will include your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
We may use your personal information for some or all of the following purposes:
- To provide marketing information to you about our products and services
- To monitor the standard and quality of service we provide to your or other guests.
If you do not wish to receive these communications from us, you may unsubscribe.
If you choose to send email messages to us that contain confidential, private or personal information, you do so entirely at your own risk.
Governing law :
The Law of Indonesia governs your use and occupation of the property during this reservation.
The information, text, graphics, images, sounds, links and all other information and software published or otherwise contained on this site (“the contents”) are the exclusive property of Puri Garden Hotel and, except as authorised on this site, may not be copied, distributed, displayed, reproduced or transmitted, in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior written permission of Puri Garden Hotel.
Puri Garden Hotel strives to ensure that the contents of this site are accurate and reliable. However errors and/or omissions may occur, Puri Garden Hotel disclaims any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, as to any matter whatsoever relating to this website and any links to or from this website, including, without limitation, warranties as to merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Puri Garden Hotel does not warrant the accuracy, currency or completeness of the contents, including, without limitation, any information relating to prices or availability. Puri Garden Hotel, and reserves the right to make such changes without any obligation to notify past, current or prospective visitors or users of this site.
Puri Garden Hotel shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the use of (or inability to use) this website or its contents.
